POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT
Post-doctoral fellowship 2004-2005
EU Enlargement and the External Implications for New Zealand

Applications are now open for this two-year post-doctoral project hosted by the National Centre for Research on Europe, University of Canterbury, New Zealand.

We are seeking candidates with the following experience and skills:

1. PhD in either Economics, Politics, Sociology, Geography or related social sciences

2. Evidence of a European research background, especially related to Eastern Europe

3. Appropriate methodological skills for trade and statistical data analysis

4. Relevant language competence also desirable

5. Evidence of an active research publication record
